MOBILI-PASS
A subvention formed by Action Logement to encourage professional mobility throughout France. This government aid helps those who are relocating to France or a new city within France by helping you find housing and accommodation FOR FREE.
HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR THIS AIDE?
MOBILI-PASS is open to both French nationals and foreigners moving to a city in France for work related reasons. This service is free for the employee and the employer.
WORK
1. You must be working for a private or agricultural company that has a SIRET number.
2. The company must have more than 10 employees.
DISTANCE
The distance between your previous home and your new one must be more than 70km apart from each other.
TIME FRAME
A lease must be signed within the first 3 months before moving to the city or within 6 months within moving to the new city if they're in temporary housing.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
If your EasyStart relocation agent hasn't already mentioned that you qualify for MOBILI-PASS already, just let him/her know!
Afterwards, you will need to sign a confidentiality form and mission statement with EasyStart to confirm that our agency will be working with you to find housing in your new city.
IMPORTANT
The real estate market is very quick. So we need your cooperation and reactivity throughout the entire process.
Once the home search is over, EasyStart will send you a quick form to fill out so that we can send it over to our partner, Action Logement, who ends up paying EasyStart for the services. That's how our housing search service is free!
